INTRODUCTION

This e-Service is only applicable to the following property reported as stolen or lost:

  • Camera;
  • Laptop/Notebook computer;
  • Mobile phone or Mobile device with IMEI number [key *#06# for IMEI];
  • Portable media player; and
  • Watch.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Previously lodged a Police Report where property was reported as stolen, or a Lost Property Report where property was reported as missing.
  2. The unique serial number, brand, model of your stolen or lost property was not included in the Report.
  3. The Report was lodged within the last 7 calendar days.

  • Serial number, brand, model of lost or stolen of property (if applicable)
