Please submit the application at least 7 days in advance of stipulated date of service for prosecution to serve the supplementary bundle for Criminal Records for Criminal Case Disclosure Conference (CCDC).
There is no refund of the payment even if the defence elects not to serve the case for the defence during the secondary service in the CCDC.
Providing false information to the Police is an offence under Penal Code 1871.
